• All returnable products must be accompanied by:

  • A return/exchange authorization number, which will be provided by our redressal team.
  • The product must be in a saleable condition.

3. Courier Costs:

Please note that courier costs associated with returns are non-refundable and are to be borne by the customer.

4. Exclusions:

Orders for Gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, we provide provisions for replacement in such cases.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

• If the products delivered to you are damaged or defective, we can only consider your return request under such circumstances.
